Been a minute eh?

Because I know you’ve all been DYING to hear from me again :)

Where have I been?

I’ve been taking care of my uncle’s dog and decided to take a break from the grind. I spent a lot of time processing where I am currently and what it is that I want from life. Spending time working towards increasing my resiliency and general mindset work. 

All fairly difficult things and I think things that I, as well as society at large, is neglecting. 

What have I been up to recently?

WHell… I’ve been working on a children’s book!

Remember the story about Pop the Purple Penguin from last week’s blog? 

Well I’ve decided that’s the kind of thing I’d like to pursue. I think it’s practical and I think I’m good at it. Making things alliterative and fun to read. Creating simple allegories from children to learn how to approach life. 

Also, I get to be creative and draw!

Otherwise, I haven’t really done games work. Thinking over the past few days has led me to believe the two games I am making are not the games I want to create. Or at least the ideas being put into them are not getting executed as well as I would like. 

Maybe I’ll revamp them?

The idea of revamping just gave me a feeling of dread. Reliving the same task of “revamping” a game. Maybe I’ll just make a new game?

I’m not sure, but I certainly am going to try. 

I think that may be all my skull has to release today.
